Everything was perfect, very beautiful views out of window to the river, shop is in 5 minute walk with everything you will need. Apartments are fully furnished and kitchen was filled with all required appliances. Located in quite district.

The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Nothing was missing, and I especially appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet spray. The owner was wonderful, very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated the trust and respect in the way he dealt with us. It was a great experience from start to finish. If I visit Tbilisi again, this will definitely be my first choice. A big thank you to the owner for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one.
Nothing. Everything was great and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two children) and had a great experience. The apartment is cozy, bright, and very clean. It has two large comfortable beds, a kitchen with a microwave, air conditioning, and a cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the Kura River. The bathroom was spotless, and there was convenient parking.
The location is excellent, with shops nearby and the metro station just a 20-minute walk away. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.
The only downside was the kitchen cabinets. They don’t have soft-close hinges, so the doors close quite loudly. Everything else was great.
