Everything down to the host and warm welcome. If you’re thinking about booking, I highly recommend you do. You won’t regret it. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and balcony, one to watch the sunrise and another to watch the sunset - The view 10/10

L’appartement est neuf, la déco, l’aménagement, une vue incroyable et l’emplacement est top.
Un tout grand merci à Filipe de nous avoir gâté lors de notre arrivée.
On se croyait comme chez nous 😉

The View at Downtown 5 was fantastic. Perfect location. Close to the Centre , the Marina , the restaurants, cafes, supermarket, cafe just next to the building apartment and the Bus station is a lovely leisuirely stroll through the shops in the centre next to the Marina.
The apartment has everything that you need for your stay. It is pure luxury. Everything is catered for perfectly. The view was loveley too. We could experience sunrise from the rear balcony and sunset over the airport side on the main balcony.
The Church opposite in the square is charming and the clock tower rings every quarter of an hour in the day. There was a lovely Farmers market like event on Sunday early morning that was loveley. We bought some local produce and fruits from there.
Our host Filipe was very helpful and excellent in communicating all the required details. Filipe also kept a lovely basket of food and welcome drink which was very thoughtful. All in all a lovely place to stay for our family.
We would definitly come back again to this lovely apartment.

Beautiful apartment with lots of added extras and a real quality feel.
Felipe’s communication was excellent, and made the process very simple on arrival.
Opposite the beautiful church square and only a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants with a supermarket downstairs if needed.
