A panzió és környéke nagyon kellemes, csendes. Szilágysomlyó és Zilah is közel van, egy kellemes erdő és egy szőlős van a környéken. Nagyon nyugodt hely. A tulajdonos a szőlészettel közös, így helyi szőlőlekvár volt általában a reggeli mellé, ami nagyon finom.

A meleg víz nagyon lassan jutott el a szobáig reggel, illetve a tusolóból visszaérződött a kanális szag (ez lehet csak a nagyobb eső miatt volt),
