Very well located if you need to be close to Congonhas or Sao Paulo Expo. The restaurant is good.
Since my room was owned by a third party then there are things that you miss. For example, there were not toiletries, no light in the bathroom. It was difficult to get a bill for my company. i had to insist a lot

O banho é bom e a cama também.
A iluminação é péssima; E o ar é bem velho, mas eu só liguei 1 vez e gelou super bem. Achei ruim nao ter café da manhã antes das 6:30 pq não consegui comer, e somente no último dia descobri que nem era incluso na tarifa (alta).
