The property has a sea view from its large terrace and it is a proper 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom apartment.
The views of the sea are only from the terrace, but the buildings your windows overlook are quite nice. The climb from the sea is very steep! But the main problem was that it was hot in the apartment as the air conditioning units were only functional in 2 rooms and getting the children’s bedroom to cool down took a lot of time dispite the fan on the ceiling. The agency has insisted that they informed me about the air conditioning unit being broken on Friday ( the rental starting on Saturday) was them giving me sufficient information. I insisted on the repairs and the repairman came to identify that the unit was never connected to the extractor. You also have to take into account that the outside unit of air-conditioning blows the air onto the whole of the terrace! It’s impossible to be outside when it’s on and for next 15 minutes till the furniture cools down.

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. My wife and I had our pets down, 1 dog and 2 house cats. This was not a problem for the owners.
The apartment is in a perfect location, a short stroll to the beach and the many restaurants and bars. What more do you need? It's perfect.
Whenever we return to Mojácar, we'll book here again.
The ground floor apartment itself has everything for your stay including a great sized sea view terrace to chill out.
A trip to Mercadona or Consum is only a couple of miles up the scenic road for all your grocery shopping.
Mojácar is definitely a great spot for a break and this apartment is perfect pet friendly location.

Les ventilation des salles de bain sont trop bruyantes, il manquait le bouton pour manipuler la douchette ou la baignoire, les volets descendent difficilement
