Posizione perfetta, appartamento molto accogliente.
Consiglio di mettere delle tende in modo da poter tenere le persiane interne aperte (le finestre affacciano sulla via e su un bar e non c’è molta privacy) e c’è lo spazio sufficiente per poter mettere un divano.

Location was close to the old city
I thought it was closer to the train station. It was a 20 minute walk.Bad on me- should have checked Google closer.
I used the washing machine successfully the first day, but the second time I used it it would not stop the washer cycle. I reset it to spin and it wouldn't spin the clothes dry. Therefore water was left in the machine and I had to ring the clothes out by hand.
I messaged the owner with all these details, and never got a reply. There was no soap provided for the machine which is slightly inconvenient since we were needing to wash the minute we arrived. No clothes dryer in this apartment which apparently is the norm for Italy BnB's.
We are through-hiking the Via Francigina and were really looking forward to this apartment with the washing machine. We did not attempt to use the stove. The refrigerator had super thick ice build up. It was cold and luckily and didn't freeze our water bladders.
