Location is okay. Close to Cairo Festival City, but still need a taxi to get there.
My experience with this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly because of the way the staff handled a basic billing issue.
After completing my stay, I requested a proper tax invoice for my accommodation expenses. However, the staff responsible for handling this matter were extremely slow and unresponsive. Despite several follow-ups, my requests were repeatedly ignored or left without a clear response. The lack of responsibility and willingness to resolve the issue made what should have been a simple request unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.
More importantly, the billing documents provided by the hotel did not meet my requirements for a proper tax invoice. I also experienced the same issue with reservations made through different booking channels, including Booking.com and the hotel’s own website. Regardless of how the reservation was made, I expected the hotel to provide appropriate and compliant tax documentation for the accommodation service that I had already paid for.
I believe handling guests’ legitimate requests, especially regarding billing and tax documentation, is a basic responsibility of any professional hotel. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude and the way this matter was handled seriously affected my overall impression of the hotel. I would strongly recommend that management improve staff responsiveness, accountability, and especially the hotel’s invoicing and billing procedures.
