Very friendly staff. Great location. Safe to stay in.

When no staff were on duty it got very dirty very quickly. But that’s down to the other residents.

A localizaçao e' excelente no que diz respeito a Surfers, perto de tudo e da praia, proximo da minha escola Langport. Tudo funciona bem organizado. Cafe da manha e' preparado pelo hospede, individual, pois eles nao oferecem este serviço. Mas tem uma cozinha, espaços comuns bastante agradavel.

this was my first experience of a "hostel" and it didn't feel anything like one at all, it felt more like dorm living which was neat they have staff that come and clean twice a day they have separate shower facilities with plenty of bathrooms so there is always space the pods are surprisingly quiet (I'm a light sleeper and I slept well) and fun lol it felt like being on a reality tv show with it being fully serviced inside. like a cacoon you have your own space in the fridge, freezer, pantry box you have your own 6 box/shelf unit for your belongings and a place to store your luggage the kitchen is huge with 6 stove tops and plenty of prep space so its fun to be cooking with people from countries from all over trying different cuisines, cultures and languages there is a quiet area for people who want to study or read or take calls outside where the pods are the pod area where people sleep is meant to be quiet (some people talk while walking around and have conversations but for the most part its very quiet where you sleep the location is great for those who want to be close to the beach surfers paradise is a party/tourist location but you don't hear that noise in the hostel at all the 4 week stay minimum attracts a very different crowd with building intentional connections, most people are there to study abroad or are on a working visa

the pod zone where its meant to stay quiet isn't always upheld. its genuinely pretty quiet for the most part and no parties are allowed however there are always people who will be speaking too loud at some points or come in late from a night out.
