Super BAD.. Terrible .. book only if you want lifetime trauma

Nothing to like as the never gave the property to us even when we fully paid nor are they ready to refund or compensate

1. No Access to Property & Unresponsive Emergency Contact Before arrival, we received an email instructing us to collect the key using a code from a letterbox. However, there was no letterbox at the property, making access impossible. Although emergency contact details were provided, repeated calls to this number went unanswered for more than 2.5 hours as it was getting late in the evening. No contact person name or alternative support channel was communicated. After driving 6–8 hours, arriving late with exhausted children, this lack of basic access and support was extremely distressing and unacceptable. 2. Extremely Unclean and Unhygienic Conditions From outside the property, we could clearly see through the windows that the accommodation was in an appalling state: Dirty kitchen with used utensils left in the sink and on the dining table Bugs everywhere Clearly visible bed bugs in the bedroom These conditions were unhygienic, unsafe, and completely unsuitable. 3. Inadequate Alternatives Offered After nearly two hours, someone finally came onsite, but instead of resolving the issue with the booked property, we were asked to move into separate individual cottages. These alternative accommodations were also unacceptable: Several had no water or electricity Insects roaming inside Very dirty and unprepared We were told either to wait another 2–3 hours outside which was night by that time while cleaning was done or clean the accommodation ourselves. By this time, we were exhausted, stressed, harassed, and deeply concerned for our children’s health. 4. Health Impact, Forced Relocation & Ruined Vacation Due to the filthy conditions and extended waiting time: Our children fell sick, and some adults were also unwell We were forced to book an alternative property at short notice, at additional cost, simply to have a safe and clean place to rest This situation completely ruined our holiday and caused emotional, physical, and financial stress.

Bra läge norr om Byxelkrok, gångavstånd via en liten stig ut till havet (rekommenderar att se solnedgången där). Superbekvämt och barnvänligt med varsitt rum med toalett och dusch, gemensamt kök med massa kylförvaring. Bra städat. Det fanns en uteplats där vi kunde sitta i halvskugga och äta frukost.

Det saknades koppar, glas och muggar. Inget porslin matchade något annat och möblerna kändes som loppisfynd eller gamla möbler som bara ställts dit ofta utan funktion. Vi hade ingen soffa men istället utställda sängar som gärna hade fått ha överkast för att kunna använda som soffa. Utemöblerna var trasiga och lite för få. Slitet. Nyckelskåpet som vi hade fått instruktion om att öppna med kodlås var inte i bruk, men vi ringde Monica som skickade ut hjälp att låsa upp. Det löste sig inom några minuter.
