We loved our stay! Perfect mini apartment, with a full kitchen including stove burners and a small freezer slot. The welcome package was really a nice touch. Wifi was strong. The hosts were always quickly accessibly and helpful. Very little noise from neighbours.
Location was great, 1 block past the busy centre of Greenwich, an easy walk to the market, multiple grocery stores, the DLR, and the Greenwich train station. Make sure you try Heap's Sausage Cafe right across the street!
The windows only open an inch wide for safety reasons because the unit faced onto the street. There was very little air circulation, especially hard in a heat wave even with a fan going.
More shelves/hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.
We would have appreciated a complementary towel change given we stayed for more than 1 week straight.

Location excellent
Small kitchen was very useful
Very hot. No aircon. We had a fan but still hard to ventilate in 28 to 35 degrees.
No service for the 3 weeks we were there. Had to buy our own toilet rolls etc. The key box didn’t work and when we requested a second key we were told that wasn’t possible. We went and got one cut for 6.5 pounds. Noisy st night when pubs close by are in party mode.
