Appartement lumineux et très bien équipé

Tres bien rénové et insonorisé. On ne sent pas du tout dans un sous-sol. C’est joli, très confortable.

On ne l’entend pas dans la maison mais le train passe tres régulièrement dans le fond du jardin. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir. La douche est super agréable mais ne pas faire déborder est vraiment compliqué et ça m’a stressée.
