Overall a spotlessly clean, compact, stylish and contemporary apartment. The apartment is part of a large up market apartment complex by the river. It has a fantastic swimming pool area! The apartment itself has a large balcony that enjoys river glimpses and views over a treed leafy garden area and a narrow pathway leading down to the river. Though part of a large complex, the apartment was peaceful and airy and enjoyed a relaxing feel. Really lovely being so close to the river so we could enjoy a walk along the river bank at the end of the day. Friday evening a tiny pizza van set up by the river with a few small tables. Locals enjoyed pizzas and wine there, some brought picnic rugs, to watch the setting sun. For a moment I thought I was back in Europe! The apartment itself was well appointed and with a partially stocked pantry which was appreciated. The apartment is not as spacious as it appears in the images, but would be plenty big enough for two couples to have a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms which was great! Cool lighting options. We would definitely stay here again, though a little expensive for just one couple. George was super responsive and helpful too which was greatly appreciated. Close to restaurants and bars and coffee spots which were just a short walk away!
Finding the car parking space (lower basement!) wasn't easy, but with George's help we got there in the end! Granted though it would be hard to describe where the parking spot is as its such a large apartment complex and the car parking area is vast!
Mattress was too firm for me, as were the sofas, but that is a subjective thing. Not a problem for my hubbie!

Great location, spacious and lovely kitchen. Parking available as well!
We couldn't fault but only thing was the curtains could be replaced with blackout curtains as very bright early in the mornings.

The location is great, with shops and public transport nearby. There is also easy access to a nice walking area along the river. Overall, the neighborhood felt very nice, safe, and quiet.
Communication with the team through Booking was good, they answered our questions as quickly as possible and were always friendly and helpful. The apartment also has a nice balcony.
We booked this apartment because of the good reviews, however we did not like it as much as the other guests.
When we arrived, the wifi was not working. The person we corresponded with through Booking tried to find a solution during their working hours, which we appreciated. In the meantime, we also contacted the host using the phone number provided by the Booking team. Unfortunately, the person we reached by phone did not seem very happy that we contacted them, and it was clearly not the same person we had been messaging before. The wifi started working the next day, but it went down again from time to time. It turned out that there were outages in most of the building. This was very frustrating, as we had planned to work from the apartment.
Besides the wifi issues, there were several other things we did not like. There was a lot of clutter throughout the apartment, which made it feel as if someone was actually living there. It was also difficult to find dishes and cooking appliances, as they were spread across several shelves throughout the living room. We had no space on the kitchen counters for our own food and belongings, as they were completely crowded with someone else's food. The kitchen could use a deep clean, as most of the drawers were sticky.
There were no kitchen towels provided, and there were still some sheets left in the dryer when we arrived. We ended up using them, however it seemed a little unprofessional. The dishwasher was very loud, and later we noticed that there was a broken glass inside.
In one of the bedrooms, the sheets had a stain, so we decided to sleep in the other room. There were also many different switches, which made it difficult to figure out which one controlled which light, and more importantly, which one needed to be turned on for the fans. We would have appreciated some information about the apartment, including where to find things inside the apartment as well as useful information about the building.
