This is a simple one bedroom apartment that is located in a good neighborhood. Its clean and comfortable and presents as it is shown. It is the right price for what it is and suited my travel perfectly.

Everything was comfortable in this apartment. The owner was constantly in touch.
The view from the balcony was unbelievable. The river is beautiful.

The overall quietness of the place is what first strikes you. It's relatively isolated yet has easy and quick access to the city. An absolutely ideal location. I liked it so much I stayed an extra week.
Whilst I greatly appreciated that security guards always opened the street door for me to the apartment block I'd rate the reception desk staff minus nil; they spoilt my stay massvely. I didn't expect them to be fluent in English (that would be wholly unreasonable) but I take the view that each and every one of them should have a ittle ability in the most widely spoken language on earth.... It was mega mega MEGA. annoying that NOT ONE OF THEM SPOKE ANY ENGLISH AT ALL grrrrrrrrrrrr! Wholly unsatisfactory.
