Its not mentioned on the listing, but this property sits on an orchard, it is far off the road and is very private and is far enough out of the city that you don't feel your in it, but close enough that you can still go get supplies and groceries. (Target was about 10-15 minutes away). It was extremely spacious and the host was very responsive anytime we had a question. We arrived on a day where our car read 113 on the thermometer. The house struggled with keeping the house cool, but I contacted the host who came over and swapped out a filter and it cooled the house right down. The house was i in a great location to visit Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks.
The bed in the east bedroom bowed with two of us on, it really allowed my wife and I to really snuggle. We switched beds with our daughter though and she had no issues with it. Also, nothing to do with the property, but Fresno heat is no joke! The official read was 110 that day, but our car was reading 113. Power was out all over the city from the strain on the electric system. Luckily the property maintained power.

Great vacation house for the family to enjoy together. The owners have provided all the facilities you will need.
Distance to the parks. We had not realized that the drive to the parks itself can take about 1.5 hours.

The quietness besides hearing the beautiful awesome sound of a owl high up in a tree the first night. The space was awesome, open floor plan. The home felt real homie and cozy.T.V in all rooms ๐๐๐ nice comfy soft throws available in all rooms also. . Would return with my family in the future.๐๐๐
The tiny oven, would prefer a regular full size oven for such a beautiful kitchen.
Maybe a pavement driveway would be nice.
