Great location, it's on the rather quiet part of the city but it's walking distance to the main square, the staff were friendly and response rather quickly too, though never get to see any check in staff during our whole stay but because their quick response on WhatsApp, we didn't find that to be an issue.
We had the apartment with balcony, unfortunately we didn't get to use much of that space, but I can imagine how lovely it would be to spend some time there.
Definitely will consider this place again next time when I visit Krakow!!

Posizione buona - alloggio molto buono e pulito- letto comodo - appartemanto luminoso, silenzioso e sicuro - WIFI ottomo per il funzionamento del mio PC.
Il telefono mobile non riusciva spesso a collegarsi e quando si collegava la velocità era quasi nulla tra 0.8 e 2.0 Mbps.
Ho segnalato ma mi è stato riferito che risultava tutto regolare.
Però non ho mai avuto problemi nelle settimane precedenti e nei giorni seguenti nelle varie strutture dove ho alloggiato.
Credo che, forse per errore, ci fosse una limitazione di banda per i telefono mobili.

Czysto, cicho, dobra okolica.
Kod działał, dostałem fakturę, kontakt z recepcją bardzo dobry.
Apartament urządzony nawet nieźle. To oczywiście kwestia gustu, ja może bym oświetlił nieco przytulniej, ale wszystko działało.
Zapach z kanalizacji uderzył mnie na wejściu dość mocno + nie działały gniazdka przy blacie w kuchni - kawę robiłem na podłodze. Nie można otworzyć okna.
