The location of the property is perfect for downtown Atlanta attractions. There is pay to park covered access at this location for $8 a day with your guest pass. The key faub was easy to access. The apartment had modern finishes & was very nice. The cleaning service they used is 1 star. They’re not doing the property owner justice. The pool on the roof top deck was great it is near the apartment. There was an issue with the elevators working. 1 did not work & the other one was not reading any key faubs. I did report it @ it was fixed asap as climbing flights of stairs with luggage was not what I signed up for. There is laundry, dishwasher, range, microwave & full size fridge. All the appliances were clean. The floors were nice. the cleaning co. is not maintaining them for the property owner. The shower needs a good old fashion scrub. The glass was clean but the actual shower & shower head needs a deep clean with cleaning chemicals. The Tv remote batteries were dead. I left the dead batteries in a dish for them to replace. I had a flashlight with batteries thank goodness. It is too nice of an apartment to have these opportunities left by the property mgr/cleaning crew. I would stay here again. The owner just needs to hire a cleaning service & request time stamped photos of their work. Thats the world we live in today unfortunately. The location is great! The aquarium, coke, Olympic park & Mercedes Arena are right there along with pubs, dining, liquor store CVS

The unit was spacious but it had a dirty, musty, mold odor. As soon as I opened the door, the odor hit my nose. The manager had to let us in because the key they gave me didn’t work, so I expressed to him about the odor and how my 5 year old had asthma. He rudely dismissed what I said and told me to call customer service. I called them and expressed my concern about the odor and my child’s safety regarding her asthma and they act like they couldn’t do anything or give me refund to go somewhere else. He said all he could do was switch our unit the next day. So, they left me with no choice but to buy us a hotel room for that night, which was so inconvenient. The next day I had to leave the aquarium early to view the unit they wanted to offer us, another inconvenience especially since it’s my 5 year olds birthday. The unit was better but it still had a little smell to it. I kindly asked for a refund for the night we didn’t stay there and I had to buy a hotel room and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called them 5 times and they keep giving me the run around. I do not recommend staying here with your kids/family. The stairwell is trashed as well. The furniture is stained. Get a hotel and not this place.

Great place, checking was a bit tricky but was fine. Parking is also a bit tricky but good overall. On busy days make sure to be back earlier so you can get a parking spot. Room was the best part about the stay. Only 1 key is given so harder with multiple people.
