Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond acknowledging our complaints. Never heard from anyone even when promised.
Located in nice area.
Coffee always available in lobby but not in the room. Room had only a half roll of paper towels. Asked for more but they said they were out.

Very nice, new hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Snack shop in the lobby was incredibly well stocked and complimentary coffee always available was great. We really loved the small fenced dog run on the property. Restaurants and shopping really nearby. 100% recommend.

The room was clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The property was very secure with card readers on the elevators and stairwells. The room was well stocked with dishes and silverware. It definitely isn’t a bad place to lay your head for a little while or a long time.
