Take a barefoot stroll to the beach or unwind on the patio, soaking in the fresh sea breeze. It’s an ideal retreat for families or small groups seeking comfort and convenience.
Inside, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly to the undercover patio. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances — including a coffee machine to kickstart your mornings. Dine together indoors or gather around the alfresco table on balmy evenings. Entertainment is covered with a dedicated games room featuring a pool table, table tennis, and separate TV zones. There's even an outdoor basketball hoop and kayaks for guest use.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor hot/cold shower. The house was perfect for our family, the location is prime. So close to the beach and waking distance into town. We will definitely be back, and will probably make it a yearly getaway. If there was one negative, it would be the house could do with more than 2 tea towels, but that was it. We absolutely loved our 3 nights away.

This was the best property we have stayed in. We are usually very limited for choice as we prefer to take our dogs. The location was the best. We walked everywhere. The house was spotless. We didn’t need for anything.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful property! Fabulous location - 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10 mins into Dunsborough town. The house is well stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Two outdoor seating atreas and all rooms have air con. Our little dog enjoyed the garden and meeting the resident dog across the road. Lovely quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful birdlife, a visiting possum and we even spotted the odd rabbit hopping about. Thank you!
