I have stayed at many vrbo places and check in usually really easy. But this one I received no information. When I contacted them I was told I had to sign a contract and show ID. I had not had this email and to cut a long story short it was a total faff and got the trip off on a bad note. Email finally came after chasing through vrbo (very helpful) but an hour or so wasted when I could have been working. House lovely and never a problem to find parking on the road outside. Everything new and well fitted out for my short work stay. My only suggestion is to ease off on the use of air fresheners and fabric scents. There is just no need. The house is spotlessly clean but the fragrance hits you the moment you walk through the door. The synthetic scent boosted bedding and towels was overpowering - even after three nights. No kidding - it actually kept me awake!
