We brought our Grandkids ages 7 to 17 for a long weekend and we all had a great time. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and the property was outstanding. The kayaks, paddle board and the peddle boat was awesome - My grand daughter (being in competitive cheer) really enjoyed the floating play matt. We spent a full day down at the covered dock for fishing and swimming. We saw a bobcat and plenty of deerThe donut shop at the corner on knickerbocker and Red Bluff has great donuts.

We asked if water toys are included, however the one I asked specifically about was not there, said it floated away. The oars on all kayaks are broken; I got one really bad cut from one oar. Kitchen had broken cabinet doors, and both toilet seats were not attached. House was clean.
