From the warm welcome by the hostess Caroline to the “Avoir” four days later all was so lovely. Our room was recently renovated, comfortable and so clean. Beautiful gardens - quiet and private. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and Caroline always made sure we were comfortable and informative of the area’s attractions. The location is ideal for dining and strolling through the shops, and the must see Château d’Amboise. We loved our time at Clos de Chateau and highly recommend it for future travelers to Ambroise and Loire Valley.

The property and host were delightful. The suite was perfect - clean, comfortable, well-appointed. We ate dinner in the beautiful garden one night. Breakfast was delicious with local cheeses, homemade jams and breads, and eggs to order. Caroline was friendly, hospitable, and very helpful. There was parking close by. The suite was within short walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.
