Although there is not an office to check in at, staff were prompt in replying via the Expedia app and by phone. We had to wait 15 minutes for staff to arrive with the room key. Accommodations were updated, clean, and comfortable.

The room was clean and well stocked. It is across from the beach with a beautiful pool that is well maintained. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer and the other items you would need in a kitchen along with a coffee maker and coffee!
It is walking distance from the grocery store, some restaurants and the liquor store.
We stayed another night we liked it so well.
Great location for day trips to other parts of Eleuthera!
