The space:
• Private lakefront access on scenic Lake Placid
• Sleeps up to 17 guests with 14 beds across 6 spacious bedroom
• Primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and is thoughtfully connected to two additional sleeping rooms, making this setup especially convenient for families, groups of friends or others traveling together. One room features a twin/daybed setup, while the other has two sets of twin bunk beds (four twin beds total). These two rooms are accessed exclusively through the primary bedroom and do not have separate access. This unique layout is a great option for families who want children close by or for groups of friends who enjoy having a shared sleeping spaces while still having room to spread out.
• Second King Bedroom: A private king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, providing a comfortable and private space for another couple or family member.
• Lower-Level Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level and are accessed from the exterior of the house. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has three twin beds. This separate area also includes a full bathroom and a convenient kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, coffee area, and microwave.

Guests have full access to the lake house, outdoor areas, private dock, and other spaces included with the rental during their stay.

Please note that the on-site pavilion is not included with the house rental and is reserved for separately booked events and weddings. Unauthorized use of the pavilion is not permitted.
