Welcome to your Gatlinburg home away from home. This spacious end-unit, corner 2-bedroom condo offers beautiful mountain views, peaceful views of Roaring Fork Creek, a large private wraparound balcony, and a quiet setting close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer.
Located on the quieter side of town, the condo is approximately 3/4 mile from downtown Gatlinburg. You can walk into town or catch the trolley just down the street in front of Brookside Lodge. Food City is also just a short drive away. You’ll feel tucked away from the traffic and crowds while still being convenient to restaurants, shops, attractions, and the Great Smoky Mountains.
The Balcony & Views
One of the best features of this condo is the large private wraparound balcony overlooking Roaring Fork Creek. Relax in a rocking chair and listen to the soothing sound of the rushing water, or enjoy breakfast, coffee, or dinner outside at the patio table and chairs.
Keep an eye on the creek below—you never know who might wander by. Black bears have been spotted right in Roaring Fork Creek below the condo, including the visitor featured in our listing photo. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but seeing a bear enjoying the creek is one of those unforgettable Smoky Mountain moments.
The breakfast nook also offers beautiful mountain views, making it a perfect spot for your morning coffee.

The pictures of the condo do not do it justice in terms of the size! The kitchen and living area were much larger than anticipated, giving us room to spread out and relax! Very happy with the value for what the condo offered, and being so close to town was great for a nice stroll into town, or a hop on the teolley!

This condo was recently on the market for sale at 489,000. Nothing has changed since the 1980’s and much work is needed to update it. Kitchen has bare necessities so be prepared. Couches in den are worn and one needs to be steam cleaned badly. No blinds or curtains covering sliding glass doors in den so be prepared to feel very exposed. It appears the owner has given up caring about her guests in comparison to other condos in the same complex. We left a day early because we didn’t feel as comfortable as we did in another condo in complex.
