The main floor was designed for gathering together. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen make it easy for your group to cook, relax, watch the game, and spend time together without feeling crowded.
Large windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the day, and the oversized couch gives everyone a comfortable place to unwind. The dining table seats 12 comfortably, making group meals easy.
You’ll also find a king bedroom and attached full bathroom on this level.
TOP FLOOR
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a King bed, XL Twin bed, and attached bathroom. On clear days, you can even see the mountain where Monticello sits from the window.
Two additional bedrooms each feature two XL Twin beds, making this level ideal for families, friends, or kids traveling together.
You’ll also have access to another full bathroom, washer/dryer, and the game closet on this floor.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level offers extra privacy and flexibility for larger groups. With direct backyard access, it’s especially convenient for guests coming and going at different times.

Outdoor quiet hours begin promptly at 9:30 PM. After this time, all gatherings must move indoors and noise must remain at a respectful level. Loud music, outdoor speakers, or disruptive behavior are not permitted at any time.
We prioritize respectful stays and ask all guests to follow quiet hours and occupancy rules throughout their visit.

We happily host bachelorette groups and have welcomed 170+ over the years.
