Located in Palermo, this charming 50 m² vacation home is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to five guests. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, while the mezzanine features another double bed. The ground floor includes the living room with a French sofa bed and the bathroom. The floors are connected by internal stairs: the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those who prefer accommodations on one level. The private, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Amenities include air conditioning, a fan, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair. Babysitting and airport shuttle services are available on request.
Upstairs, you can unwind on the private open terrace, a welcoming space perfect for relaxing.
Shared street parking is available nearby. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Shuttle services to the airport and train station are offered for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Car sharing is also available.
