About this house rental
We are offering this charming house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, close to the beach, with Wi-Fi, covering an area of 80 m² and accommodating up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms (two of which are adjoining), two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approximately 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
⚠️ **Please note: building work is currently taking place in the neighbourhood.** Some noise may be audible during the day.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 300 m² garden plus a terrace at the rear of the house with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Pléneuf-Val-André, in pleasant surroundings. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (one space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:

- In-person check-in: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat, share some local tips with you and hand over the keys.
