Ideally located in the heart of Saratoga Springs: 1/2 mile to Saratoga Race track, 1/2 mile to Broadway. Walk to downtown shops, restaurants, Farmer's Market, Congress Park and nightlife. Just steps from East Rec Park. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare all your home cooked meals. Enjoy the coffee bar in the morning with everything you need to prepare that perfect cup. The property includes 2 off street parking spaces (one space in garage and one space in the driveway.) Also just a quick drive to Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga National Golf Course, apple orchards and pumpkin patches
