About this house rental
Below is a brief description of our house and what amenities we have.
Duck Out is brand new house built in 2025 in the Aunt Pat's Bay Community on the South End of Elbow Cay with sweeping views of White Sound, Sea Spray Marina and Garbanzos Surf Break/Atlantic Ocean. It is a perfect set up for one large family or two families.
• I can provide you with everything you need to know (where to book your boat, golf cart, places to eat, grocery stores- everything that will provide you a great experience).
• Also, we have a full time Caretaker/ House Manager, who will provide assistance with anything you may need to make your stay tranquilo.
Duck Out Highlights:
• Full Solar and Generator Power- no brown/ black outs
• 2 Master Bedrooms (King beds in each) with Ensuites
• 1 Bunk Room (2 queen and 2 twin beds) with Ensuites
• Dock Slip Included that can accommodate boats up to 32 ft within view and walking/ golf cart distance to House
• Saltwater Pool and Deck with views of the Atlantic Ocean and White Sound/ Sea Spray
• Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Machine, Blender… everything you need
• Dining Table with Seating for 8 and Kitchen Island that Seats 6
• Outside living area and Dining on the Pool Deck
• Commercial Ice Machine located in the garage
• Washer/Dryer for use in the garage
• 4 Bicycles for Use
• Beach Chairs
• Starlink Wifi/SAT TV
• Outside Grill with Propane Tank
• Water Filtration System so there is no need to purchase in house drinking water.
Additional Information:
• A signed short-term rental agreement and refundable deposit of $2,000 is required prior to your stay.
• Shorter term rentals are available at owners’ discretion during off-season. Message owner for specific requests.
• 1 week minimum required during peak season and holidays. Message owner for specific requests.

We truly could not have had a better stay! If you are considering Duck Out, do yourself a favor and book it now. We have stayed at a few different homes on the island, and this one quickly became our new favorite. The view alone is one of the best views you’ll find high up on the hill. Home layout is fabulous, decor is gorgeous, and it came with everything we could need. Russell has a fabulous caretaker that was easy to contact and ensure we were set. Russell himself is a fabulous host, providing his number along with an awesome info sheet that covers everything you would need to know and more! The boat slip being so close makes hopping around a breeze. We had a full house with ten girls and everyone agreed they could not have had a better experience at Duck Out. We are already wanting to plan our next trip here! Duck Out Russell, thank you and we will be back!

What a wonderful home on Elbow Cay! Even better than the description. We wanted for nothing. Well stocked kitchen and even a commercial ice maker in the garage. Great outdoor space for hanging by the pool or cocktails at sunset. A very nice 32’ dock an easy 3 minutes walk from the house and convenient to Sea spray marina for the bigger sport fishing boats. Max, the house manager was awesome and waiting for us at the dock on our arrival. I will certainly be back with the family and friends in the near future.

We have been going to Elbow Cay for years and rented numerous homes on the island and Duck Out is at the top. Everything was perfect! The house, the owner, and Max who helped us was all first class and we will definitely return if possible!! Highly recommended!!
