Perfect place for a couple. We had a great time. Clean, host accessible and friendly, close to bars and shopping. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was as expected in description of listing. Was able to walk downtown and to most places.Needed car when going to Grand Ole Oprey.Great place for weekend stay.

Overall this was a decent stay. Water views from the balcony, the wildlife that appeared several times a day. A fairly easy walk to Broadway and the Stadium if you're in decent shape. The biggest thing that killed the vibe was just a bunch of little things that kept adding up. Not dirty, but definitely not the cleanest place we have stayed at. Several lamps etc. did not work correctly, the refrigerator doors need to be switched to the other side for easy access, the balcony did not look like it had been cleaned in a long while, the bathroom door handle had to be played with to get it to actually work, and the floors obviously haven't been mopped in a very long time. That last 10% that you expect to be done to make it 100 hasn't been done in quite sometime. Our host was very responsive as long as it dealt with them getting anything from us, but asking for anything else and was silence. I still haven't heard back if i could get a later check out time LOL! Definitely liked the location, was told by a local to keep an eye on the homeless population ( the ones we saw were all very nice) but the late night walks back to the condo by the river definitely made you be well aware of your surroundings.
