Todd was an AMAZING host!! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The house and back yard were so beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We will definitely be back for another stay soon!

Nice home, we had a great stay. Everything was as described. Essentials plus more are supplied, which was very nice! (Pool towels, shower towels, pots/pans, cooking utensils). Instructions were clear, we didn't have an issues. We had an ideal staycation and enjoyed the pool every day of our weekend stay. Todd was great.

Very nice property with a resort style backyard feel. Very good communication with property host and quick to answer questions. The only improvement would be serving utensils for meals, otherwise all needs were met. Plenty of space for our group of 7 ladies, lots of towels for both bath and pool, great AC, etc.Having one of us recovering from shoulder surgery, there were a couple of areas downstairs where I placed some blue painters tape to indicate a step down (sunken living room) or slight slope up (into dining area) for safety. Not a big deal, just for our benefit We loved our stay and would comeback again. Thanks Todd!

The house is beautiful and the backyard and pool so amazing and inviting! The kids had such a great time swimming! The master bedroom has an amazing bathroom, but one thing I didn't realize is that the other 4 bedrooms have to share one shower upstairs which makes the mornings a little hectic, especially if you have to be somewhere. The temperature resets to 80 degrees in the middle of the night so you have to get up and manually adjust it during the night. Wonderful host, beautiful property, highly recommended!!
