The level of hospitality provided did not meet expectations. The accommodations were notably confined. Luggage assistance was not offered by the staff upon arrival or departure. Room service is unavailable; guests are required to visit the lobby to order from an independent restaurant. While the rooftop bar offers a pleasant ambiance, it operates independently of the hotel, precluding the option to charge services to the room. The deluxe king suite was unexpectedly small, furnished solely with a bed, television, and a compact mini-fridge, lacking any means for food preparation. Consequently, the overall value proposition of this hotel was perceived as unsatisfactory.
