About this house rental
Expansive 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home with a modern game room, spacious pool and beautiful covered patio featuring an outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Located on a serene half-acre lot in Katy, TX - just minutes from Katy Mills Mall, Katy Asian Town, and major highways. This home is perfect for large families, group trips, or business travelers seeking space, privacy, and upscale amenities.
The space
Our cozy house offer 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms,
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom downstairs with a King bed and a sofa with full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds downstairs
Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, upstairs with en-suite full bathroom
Bedroom 4: 2 queen bed, upstairs with en-suite full bathroom
Bedroom 5: 3 full mattress, upstairs with en-suite full bathroom
Guest access
The entire house is yours except some locked owner closets
Other things to note
House Rules:
- Quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am. We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighborhood
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. In the event of undisclosed guests, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- Pet fee $150 for 2 dogs maximum and needs prior approval. Cats are not allowed.
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. Violations will result in the reservation being terminated immediately without refund.
- No smoking allowed inside the property
- Early checking and late checkout might be available with additional fee
- No undisclosed Event or Party
*Parking: Our front and side driveways have space for 12-14 cars (no commercial vehicle allowed)
Pool Rules
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
- Swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 7ft and shallow end is 3ft
- Pool hours: 8am - 10pm
- Guests do not have access to on-site pool control board.

Firstly, in my opinion one of the greatest aspects was the ease and communication with the host. Sophia was very quick to respond to all my questions I had prior to the stay to include questions I had during the stay. The check-in/check-out procedures were very simple. The outdoor area was fantastic and was well accommodating for my family. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time! The house was well equipped and communication with host Sophia was excellent. We just had a couple of issues (when a storm came through and we lost power) but Sophia was available and took care of it immediately. The outside pool and kitchen was very convenient and comfortable for our large family reunion. The only suggestions I would make is to have a few more mixing bowls available and provide some outside spray for mosquitoes (which were very common during the early morning and evening hours especially after the storms that came through). Again, I would highly recommend this booking for large groups. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all.

my team only had one complaint the AC upstairs didn't work so i highly suggest that gets fixed. overall it was great though. the accuracy of the home, details, was huge. we spend a lot of money on every month on these rentals and more often then not the home description of beds available or space is inaccurate or is not what the pictures show. so thank you for being an honest host.

Outdoor area pool and spa patio was great. Game room was fun. Layout was pretty decent needed kitchen utensils cups plates, silverware.Master bedroom bathroom was nice, but the toilet area needed some blinds for the windowOverall, nice stay.
