7 miles from Smith Mountain Lake State Park!
The entire house is available for guest use, with the exception of the lofts that are for storage only. The entire 1,200 square foot deck, the community dock, hot tub, and the three acre lake access property is available for use, with just a drive down to the water.
We currently do not allow any pets inside the house, as our cleaning staff has an allergy. The property has exterior security cameras facing the driveway.

A wonderful cabin for a weekend getaway! The house is brand new, it still smells like wood when you walk in (love that). Everything inside and out was super clean and well taken care of. We absolutely loved using the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Kayaks were a nice plus to go out on the lake with. If we’re able to come back, the only thing I would change is to bring more food to cook and enjoy at the house - the house is a bit far from stores but makes it so peaceful to be surrounded by woods.

This property was everything we wanted out of our trip. It was quiet, serene, and private - a perfect getaway. We saw so many deer! The hosts thought of lots of little touches that showed how thoughtful every inch of the property is. They provided a packet of laundry detergent, soaps, paper towels, a Brita filter, and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans and the like, not food - though there are k cups, dry creamer, and some condiments!). Everything was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. We loved the electronic fireplace, hottub, grill, and outdoor items like corn hole. The hosts were very responsive and kindly provided us recommendations of places to eat. 10/10 would love to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin; it truly felt like the perfect secluded getaway. The space was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and unwind from the moment we arrived. What really stood out were all the little details that made it extra special, like the soft robes provided for us, dedicated makeup towels, and even a sound machine to create the perfect atmosphere for rest. One of the highlights was the hot tub. There's nothing like soaking under the night sky, surrounded by complete peacefulness, stillness, and quiet.
Another big bonus was the Blackstone grill to cook gourmet meals on the property. Also, the Wifi functioned perfectly in such a remote location for streaming and communication with our family. If you're looking for a private cozy retreat this is the spot! We'd absolutely come back again!
