• There was a very loud humming noise coming from the main AC system (not from the AC unit inside the apartment), as the apartment is in the first floor, the noice was noticeable and it was constantly disturbing • The cookware was in terrible condition — heavily scratched, dirty, and completely unusable. It took 8 days for the staff to bring replacement pots and pans despite daily communication • The listing advertised parking, but we never received the proper parking access key during our entire 2-week stay. Every time we returned with the car, we had to call reception and wait for someone to open the gate, and they didn’t always answer or open it right away. The card they eventually gave us after a week wasn’t even for the garage • Few days near the washing machine there were strange noises, and during those days there was also an unpleasant smell of canalisation; we reported it, but nothing was done • There was a strong smell of gas whenever the gas supply wasn’t fully shut off. We had to turn it on only to cook and then immediately shut it off completely afterward to avoid the smell, and this issue was never resolved • We stayed for 15 days and were not provided with any extra set of bed linen or towels. ( I’m not even talking about cleaning the apartment) When we asked for either a replacement set or clean ones to be brought to us, we were told we had to pay an additional fee. I can understand this policy in places where guests stay only 2–3 days, but for a stay of two weeks or longer, providing at least one change of bed linen and towels should be normal. Nobody wants to sleep on the same sheets for two weeks, especially in hot weather. In other countries, when we book long stays through Airbnb, the hosts themselves usually ask if we need fresh bed linen, and they never charge extra for this.
