The loft itself is great. It’s well located and well connected, and there’s plenty of space for one person to live very comfortably, or for a couple. The building has very good amenities, and the facial-recognition entry works well once it’s set up.
Two things future guests should know about, as of October 2026.
The building laundry doesn’t work for short-stay guests. The condominium changed its laundry system, and the host didn’t tell me before I arrived. I found out on my third day, and I had no laundry in the building for the whole two-month stay. The host agreed to refund 20% of the affected nights, but it took weeks to get them to confirm how they’d calculate it, and [at checkout the refund still hadn’t arrived / the refund only arrived at checkout].
The management is very hard to reach. Support is WhatsApp only, the number doesn’t accept calls, and they can’t call international numbers either. Urgent requests regularly went unanswered for hours, sometimes days. Near the end of my stay they moved to a new number and only told me days later, while I still had requests waiting on the old one.
I’ve travelled a lot and I’m a very patient person, but I’ve never lost as much time and patience with a host as I did in these two months. If you book, get the laundry situation in writing before you arrive, and register any visitor in advance, even for a short visit.
