Es war gemütlich, bequem, genau was man sich vorgestellt hat. Merci!

Die Lage in einer ruhigen Straße in Strandnähe. Gratis Parken. Alles da was man in der Küche, etc. braucht. Sehr sauber und ruhig

Türschloss war sehr wackelig, ich musste es erstmal befestigen, sonst hat alles gut funktioniert 😊

Emplacement près de la mer et des commerces.

L'appartement est très bien placé à 3mn de la mer et 5mn de la plage Rochebonne. L'appartement est très calme.

L'aménagement n'est pas adapté pour des vacanciers. Il y a trop de meubles qui entravent la circulation, cet appartement n'est pas pratique. Il y a trop de choses partout. L'escalier est inconfortable.

Alleine mag es in dieser Wohnung gehen, aber nicht zu zweit - für zwei Personen ist sie ungeeignet.

- Die Nähe zum Strand - Die ruhige Seitenstraße - Die neue Matratze - Die separate Toilette - Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin bei Interhome, die mir telefonisch weitergeholfen hat, weil der Kühlschrank anscheinend nicht an war (hat sich aber alles geklärt)

Im Badezimmer gibt es schwarzen Schimmel; nicht nur in der Dusche, sondern auch an den Wänden. Das Waschbecken im Bad sah schon auf den Fotos bei der Buchung merkwürdig aus, aber in natura ist es noch merkwürdiger. Um sich vernünftig zu waschen oder die Zähne zu putzen, muss man ziemliche Verrenkungen machen. Mein Mann (1,98m) hat sich mehrfach in der Dusche den Kopf blutig angestoßen. Überall steht Zeug und Nippes herum, das Platz wegnimmt. Alleine im Badezimmer standen drei Hocker herum, die völlig unnötig sind. Neben der Waschmaschine ist schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gesaugt worden. Zwei Wäscheständer sowie eine Art Surfboard standen neben dem Waschbecken. Jedesmal, wenn ein Toilettenartikel herunterfiel, musste man alles beiseite räumen und nach dem heruntergefallenen Gegenstand "fischen". Im Schlafzimmer stehen zwei schmale Bänke, um die man ständig herumbalancieren muss. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Campingtisch mit Deko, der ebenfalls Platz wegnimmt. Nirgendwo kann man seinen Koffer abstellen, ohne darübersteigen zu müssen. Der Heizofen im Bad hat ein Eigenleben. Man sollte die Sicherung im Wandschrank neben der Tür abstellen, da er sich ansonsten nicht regeln lässt. In der Küche hat man so gut wie keine Arbeitsfläche; die Ausstattung habe ich gar nicht genutzt (der Backofen schien mir auch schon länger nicht gereinigt). Am Tisch kann man kaum sitzen, weil es so eng ist. Der Gefrierschrank über dem Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Es gab keinen Besen; ein Kehrblech habe ich gefunden, wohl aber keinen Handfeger. Der Staubsauger funktionierte auch nur semi-gut. Mein Fazit: Ich habe schon in sehr vielen Ferienwohnungen in Saint Malo gewohnt, aber noch nie so schlecht. Zu zweit ist die Wohnung durch das viele Zeugs einfach viel zu klein. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Eigentümer die Wohnung für ihre privaten Zwecke mit viel Liebe eingerichtet haben, aber jeder erdenkliche Platz ist mit irgendetwas vollgestellt.
