Excellent 22-night stay at this place!
The apartment is very clean and practical, and having a washing machine was a real plus for such a long stay.
Great location too, close to the station and several convenience stores.
Keyless access is super convenient, no more worrying about losing your keys or carrying them around everywhere.
The place was also very easy to find, the host sent clear directions on the day of arrival.
Having two bedrooms was a real plus, even as a couple: it lets you deal with different preferences for the AC temperature, or if one of you gets sick.
The host was very responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommend!
The only small downside was the drying rack, it felt a bit small for us (2 adults), though I'm not sure if the host adjusts it depending on the number of guests.
Not that big of a deal though! =)

位置雖然離車站很近，但距離搭4號線月台大約1公里，

位置真的超级方便，距离首尔站15号出口真的3分钟，附近还有好几家很出名的咖啡店。从首尔站去弘大，明洞、汉南洞都很方便！还有去坐ktx到别的城市都是中心位置。下次来首尔还打算住这里！
靠门的房间窗帘可以再厚一点，早上太早就亮

The location, the amenities, and the super thoughtful and responsive host. Less than 5 min walk from Seoul station, and there are multiple luggage storage facilities 1 min walk from the apartment.
The pillows were a bit too flat.
