Great location , 4 bedrooms. Very comfortable beds , heating irked well.

No tea towels , not enough seating for a place that can sleep 8. Dated furniture and styling . Not welcoming. No milk , small amount tea coffee. Didn’t go that little extra. Water pressure in shower terrible.

Maybe a hand- held shower would be better , Water temperature variable also in shower . Kitchen area was rather small if larger folk staying Unable to open windows in bedroom for ventilation

The property was the ideal for our trip to Ballarat. The directions to gain entry to the house were straightforward straight. The home was comfortable, clean and warm. Bedlinen and kitchen crockery of excellent quality.
