Absolutely loved this apartment, had everything we needed, good kitchen, comfortable settee and good Tv, washing machine and a superb large terrace.
The lady was lovely, often checking we were ok and was there to help with anything. She even made us some Byrek and brought around for us.
It’s also in a great location, really close to the pedestrian zones of the old town and also only a five minute walk to where you can take buses. Would recommend!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town of Shkodra. All sights, restaurants and nightlife literally around the corner. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a huge terrace.
A little hard to find and parking is a bit of a challenge given the very central location. Communication with the host was a bit off and on.

Please note that the owner arranged for us to stay at a unit different from that which we booked. But this unit is actually within walking distance to the Intercity bus terminal so it's very convenient. It is directly above the Aroma Fish Restaurant which serves very good seafood dishes at reasonable prices. It was also within short walking distance to the historic centre. The unit is also very new and large. It is on a high floor but apartment block has as elevator. The windows are large and provides panoramic views of the city with the distant mountains as backdrop. As the tap water needed to be boiled, the provision of a big glass jar was a splendid idea.
The unit wasn't very well maintained or equipped. When we arrived, the kitchen was in disarray. It took us awhile to find the smaller pot and kettle and the big pot was unwashed. The whole unit, especially the master bedroom, reeks of stale cigarette smoke which couldn't be properly dissipated though we stayed for several nights and kept the place well ventilated throughout. The bathrooms are big but there are no shelves or wall hooks or shower curtains.
