The ground-floor room with a separate bedroom and three single beds was perfect for us. It also had a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, washing machine, and good air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the warm weather. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The property is in a quiet area.
The host was informative, although a little more friendliness and warmth would have been appreciated.
Located in about a 10-minute walk from shops, cafés, restaurants, and the bus stop to Venice. It can feel like a long walk back after a full day in Venice.
Overall, the accommodation was comfortable and adequate, and I would recommend it.

The beds were comfortable, there was good AC during the very hot heatwave weather and the bathroom came equipped with good shower, iron, washer and dryer with detergent provided!
The walk from the train station and nearby areas were a bit sketchy and unclean. There was no comfortable living area, either you were in the room with all the beds or the dining room table.

Appartamento molto carino e spazioso, situato in una zona tranquilla. Il posto auto privato e all'interno del cortile ci ha fatto molto comodo. Abbastanza vicino alla stazione e alle principali fermate degli autobus.
Mestre in sè non è che offra granché, ma a noi interessava visitare a Venezia senza spendere un capitale.

Ubicación y amplitud, no le falta de nada
Estar pendiente de las llaves porque no tiene cajetín de llaves para turistas y estar dando horario para poder retirar, otra cosa más, tener que hacer el CHECK IN a las 18hs por más que te dejen poner las cosas en la venera o meter el auto en el parking con las maletas dentro
