The room is clean,neat and comfortable.The location is good. The pool has a nice view.
The lift is too slow and not functioning so well.The parking process is a bit confusing and not so user friendly.I got a problem when doing the payment through the link. The staff is not so friendly and did not explain in detail about everything.

It's a good location Near to quil mall, klcc.. The bed & pillow are very good, They have a microwave, netflix, fridge.
No handwash,
The towels smell of cigarettes.
