It was well positioned, a few steps to the sea. The appartment is big with a well equiped kitchen. The garden and pool area is nice.
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. At least the bedsheats and towels were clean, but the overrall cleanliness was dissapointing. A lot of dirt behind the toilet and at all the edges of the floor. It looks like the cleaning is done superficially, with no attention to details.
I was told that the cleaning lady is coming every friday(wich should be fine for our 12 nights stay), but we arrived Saturday, the lady came the next day (Sunday) and never again for our entire stay. Be aware of noise from the street. Our appartment had one bedroom just next to the street. Noise from the cars was pretty loud, having in consideration that one of the windows was not closing properly, having a broken latch.
Also, almost half of our stay, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, in no case warm or hot, no matter it was morning or evening. But let's say this we could blame it on the clouds.
It is a big appartment wich can be great instead of dissapointing, if some attention would be given to details , like more careful cleaning and fixing some details, like windows latch .

The apartment is on ground floor and easy to access. It's right next to the pool. It has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a separate kitchen. There were two ACs which were sufficient to cool the place. The beach was nearby (just a very short walking distance). Overall the place is okay.
The windows are old and practically offer no sound insulation and the house is next to a busy street meaning you are hearing traffic day and unfortunately night. The apartment was cleaned at surface level, but could benefit from a deeper clean. There was no shop near the place - walking was involved and the one shop in the village has abysmal rating and not overly reliable working time. So we were in the habit of always needing to plan water and any other daily groceries in advance before going on any day trips or activities. There are gangs of roaming dogs in the streets behind the house (6-7-8 dogs in a pack), making it unsuitable for walking and potentially dangerous to roam past day light e.g. forget about short-cutting through any of the small streets.

Appartamento in una posizione fantastica a due passi dalla spiaggia di mont choisy e a 2 minuti di auto da quella di Trou aux Biches. Collegato ai centri commerciali e a tutte le attrazioni della zona Nord. Posto auto e piscina top, appartamento grande e spazioso.
Forse un po piú di pentole in cucina

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, das mit seiner stilvollen Einrichtung sofort überzeugt. Der Garten ist ebenso schön angelegt und schafft eine herrlich ruhige Atmosphäre. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und perfekt, um zwischendurch abzukühlen und die Sonne zu genießen. Besonders schön ist auch die Nähe zum Strand, der in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist und traumhafte Momente am Meer ermöglicht. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt und gerne länger bleibt.
