Large room more like a flat with small kitchen and large sitting area.

The location is great near both the high street and the pier/beach. The room was roomy and clean with a really comfortable bed. Although the hotel is unmanned they left lots of stock of teas coffees and water and even a nightcap for when you got back of an evening.

It was clean
Bay view , didn't see the bay and the view was of the abandoned police station.
It was described as a suite, it wasn't. Same in principle as a premier inn.
The widows did not open in the bathroom, there was no extractor, also no lock on the bathroom door.
The fidge woke me up in the night.
Could not see any PAT certificates on any appliances
