We have stayed here before and the facilities are very convenient. The small cockroaches from our last visit were completely gone and the property was very clean. The additional features in the complex are being built out and are getting better each time.
Unfortunately the weather was poor and it rained most of the time. This caused a major issue with the rain and water drops falling heavily on the aircon units outside the bedroom and living area. It was so loud during the night (every night) that it kept me awake and we had to shift to the other room to get some sleep. This may be an easy fix if the outside aircon unit can have a water shield or a foam cover fitted so that the drops don't sound like water torture during the night.

Host and caretaker were prompt in responding. The place is practical and we feel safe.
Saw a bug; water in the shower area leaks to the toilet floor.

location was good for us. close to where we needed to be and easy walk to shops. safe and secure location. 2 bedrooms was great. easy check in. parking onsite. washing machine was ideal. drying racks.
like many condos, there is a cockroach problem. ongoing construction is a pain. particularly when they worked through one thursday night. i had no sleep
