The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. It felt very welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The location in Blackheath was also convenient, and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with.
There was nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was as described, and we had a very pleasant stay.

We were attending a Def Leppard concert, so we chose this place near the O2 Arena; it was very comfortable, cozy, and welcoming—and, importantly, the host was positive and pleasant to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The managers, Ezekiel and Henry, are incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of throughout your stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Het bed was goed. Er lag wat fruit, water en wijn voor ons klaar, wat heel fijn was. Het contact met Ezekiel en Henry was prettig. Vanaf het appartement is het 10 minuten lopen naar het treinstation, waardoor je binnen 40 minuten bij Londen Bridge bent.
Ondanks de uitgebreide (en waarschijnlijk welgemeende) excuses bleef het erg vervelend dat we hadden aangegeven om 17.00 uur bij het appartement te zijn en dat we daar 5 kwartier voor de deur hebben staan wachten tot we naar binnen konden. Ik vond het appartement niet erg schoon; bestek was nog vuil, kitranden van de douche zijn geel. We hebben het appartement geboekt voor 4 personen, waarvan 2 kinderen van 14 en 17 jaar. De slaapbank is niet geschikt voor twee grote kinderen. Er kan 1 groter persoon of er kunnen 2 kleine kinderen op slapen, meer niet.
