A wonderful stay at Royal Palace Hotel. Mahmoud at the reception was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and courteous. The entire staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request.
The room was spotless, fresh, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Excellent service, great hospitality, and a lovely overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.

المكيف سبليت ولا يعمل بشكل جيد
المروش كان مكسور لازم تمسكه باليد علشان الاستحمام وغسل الرأس والجسم.
كتبت رسالة خطية الى الادارة ووضعتها في ظرف وسلمتها الى الاستقبال
وابلغتهم اذا لم تتواصل معي الادارة هذا يعني ان الرسالة لم تصل لهم. (دليل بعدم احترامهم للنزلاء)
حتى الان لم يتواصل معي احد!!

A localização é boa.
O atendimento do rececionista Faris foi bom - mas não fala inglês.
Cobraram-me uma noite a mais mesmo depois de terem aceito o meu pedido de check-in para as primeiras horas da manhã.
Não falam inglês.
É muito pouco asseado.
