Misleading advertisement, dirty and unsafe property, and no refund — a terrible and stressful experience that I strongly

Honestly, nothing. The only positive aspect was the location in Trancoso, but the property itself was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all.

The property was completely different from the photos shown on Booking. The apartment was extremely small, dirty, and located in a crowded villa with many units very close to each other. The rooms were not as advertised, there was no proper view as shown in the pictures, and the overall environment looked poorly maintained and unsafe. The swimming pool looked dirty and there were strange people around, which made us feel uncomfortable and insecure. I was traveling with my boyfriend and my parents, and the situation was so stressful that I felt sick and we had to leave immediately and book another place urgently. Despite the misleading advertisement and poor conditions, the host refused to provide any refund, even after Booking tried to contact them. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering the high price we paid.

o único problema foi fazer o check-in, pois não foram passadas instruções e ao chegar ao local não tinha ninguém para nos receber e não sabíamos qual era o apartamento certo. por sorte os outros hóspedes nos orientaram para que conseguíssemos falar com o anfitrião e conseguimos fazer check-in!
