Prior to arrival very prompt communications. Host answered any questions quickly. The Apartment is Very clean. Host has an eye for detail. Some cute design touches. Thoughtful host who had the apartment nice and warm on our arrival on a very cold day!
We were met by host who allowed an early check in. She gave excellent information on transport and costs from airport. Plus dining options including directions to supermarkets. Although there is a convenient store across from apartment with liquor store and butcher’s next door! This was very handy for us on a very cold and wet arrival day! She helped when we had difficulties with a tour booking and intervened on our behalf! So in all we were extremely happy with our stay.
She also sent WhatsApp message to make sure we were warm and comfortable. Building secure with electronic exit at street level.
On departure our request for delayed departure was approved and she also at our request booked us taxi back to airport! Thank you so much Carola for being such a welcoming and supportive host.

Erg schoon en comfortabel! Vriendelijke host.
We konden alleen in cash betalen. De locatie is wat verder uit het centrum maar wel heel dichtbij bus terminal en supermarkten. Dit wisten we van tevoren en was voor ons ook handig.

El alojamiento quedaba muy cerca del terminal. Eñ departamento estaba impecable. La anfitriona nos ayudó en todo, tanto buscando lugares para comer, agencias para hacer tours y ubicarnos en la ciudad.
