Disappointing stay

Apartment was close to the waterfront and a good bakery around the corner.

The check-in process was complicated, the instructions were lengthy and incorrect. They stated we would be charged for any missing fobs but we weren’t given one for the front gate as stated. The host took 4 hours to reply that there will be no fob, so we had to enter a code through the gate to get in each time. There were no coffee pods provided (as mentioned in the intro email) and the dish soap was an empty bottle. We were also missing a pillowcase, which we did not receive until the next evening. When I looked in the drawers under the bed to see if there was a pillowcase, they were full of hair and there were dust balls in between the drawers. We did not sit on the couch as it was stained, the dining furniture is cheap.

Bagno strettissimo, non è presente un vero letto matrimoniale ma solo un divano a letto scomodi, cauzione di 300 euro eccessiva per mobili molto basici e maleassoriti, richiesta di passare l' aspirapolvere altrimenti non sarebbe stata rilasciata la cauzione
